Let's go! (short story)

                           
FAMILY'S ROOM

           Family was just trying to sleep on her little cuddly bed Marie made her. "finally.....peace and quiet..." And just before she could close her eyes......Lillian the platypus suddenly appeared right beside her. "HI FAMILY!" She shouted excitedly and almost broke Family's ear.

Family twitched her ear. "Lillian, please. I want to take a nap for a while."

"oh, okay! why didn't you say so?" Lillian sat right in front of her and waits for her to go to sleep.

Family raised a brow but then closes her eyes for a few seconds. She opened one eye and still sees Lillian right in front of her....watching her go to sleep. She closed her eyes once again and opens them. But this time, Lillian was gone. Family sighed in relief then gets ready for the best nap of her life.

"How did you get these fluffy wings? aren't you a fox?" Lillian suddenly asks as she plays with Family's wings.

Family groaned but the said "I don't know how I got them alright?" She says it like she just can't hold her anger anymore.

"so...these really work?"

"What do you mean?"

"you can really fly with these wings?" Lillian smiled at Family.

Family sighed. "Yes, Lillian. They can fly."

"oh okay!" Lillian finished talking with an innocent smile on her face.

Family once again tries to goes to sleep. But she just lost that moment and just opened her eye to check on Lillian. 

"Lillian?" She calls out her name with a annoyed tone in her voice. "Lillian?" She sat up and looks around. "huh, guess she left." She stands up and walks towards the door. But right at the moment when she was about to go out..Lillian jumped on her, Making Family lie on the ground with her chest on the floor.

"Let's go!" Lillian raised her arms in the air happily

Family groaned then said "I don't give rides, Lillian."
